Sleeping Room Rate:	Single (18 sqare meters) - 10,500 yen Double (29 square meters) - 14,000 yen + 12% occupancy tax. Twin, Single Occupancy (32 square meters) - 14,500 yen Twin, Double Occupancy (32 square meters) - 13,000 yen/person The above room rates are for one person including breakfast, 10% service charge, and 5% tax. Cancellation Policy:	If you need to cancel your reservations, you may do so before 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time without penalty. If you cancel your reservation within that 24 hour timeframe, you will be charged 100% of the daily room charge. If you need to check out prior to your scheduled departure, you may do so on the day of check-in without penalty. If you notify the hotel of an early departure after checking in, you may be charged according to the hotel's policy.
