Sleeping Room Rate:	Premier - $160.00 (USD) + 12% occupancy tax. Deluxe - $130.00 (USD) + 12% occupancy tax. Economy - $110.00 (USD) + 12% occupancy tax. (Economy rooms do not have a desk.) These rates are available three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:	If you need to cancel your reservations, you must do so before 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date for a full refund.
Transportation Information:	A shuttle from the airport is available for $45.00 roundtrip. If you wish to take the shuttle, please arrange it with the hotel when you make your reservation. A taxi to the hotel from the airport will cost approximately $70.00 one way.
