Cancellation Policy:	If you need to cancel your reservations, you must do so before 72 hours of the meeting's start date for a full refund. If you cancel after the 72 hours prior to the meeting's start, you will be billed a one night's sleeping room fee.
Driving Directions:	From the Tampa airport, you will take Hwy 60 West to Clearwater, first right out of the airport. You will be quickly merging with other roads, i.e. Veterans Expressway/Memorial Hwy., when it becomes five lanes, quickly move to one of the two left lanes, these lanes will come to a stop light, left turn on to Hwy 60. Hwy 60 will take you over the Courtney Campbell Causeway and to downtown Clearwater. You will see a downtown detour for Hwy 60 once you are close to the beach. You will be better off just following 60 to the right which is Cleveland, instead of taking the detour. SR 60/Cleveland will take you right to the beach and you will come upon a traffic circle. Stay to the right and you will see the Hilton on the right hand side, which is Mandalay Ave.
Additional Information:	Complimentary self-parking, with in/out privileges, is available for hotel guests only. Valet parking is available for $8.00/day.
